Evolution X 3.3 for Xiaomi Mi A1 [tissot]

Evolution X is an AOSP based ROM, with Google apps included and Pixel goodies (launcher, wallpapers, icons, fonts) added in along with brilliant customization features.

Known issues
Selinux status = permissive[/SIZE]

DON'T FLASH GAPPS, ALREADY INCLUDED

Download the proper zip for the device
Wipe data/cache/system when coming from ROMs that are not AOSP based OR when coming from Pie
Flash the latest build
Flash TWRP Installer ZIP
Reboot to recovery

Changelog

  • Initial build for 10
  • Feature customization only a few added for now
Clean flash initial build when coming from Pie. Make sure to remove any PIN/Password/Screen locks as well.
Dirty flash is okay when coming from other AOSP-based Android 10 custom ROMs.
Do format data in TWRP to remove encryption.

Cheers to all! My wi-fi stopped working when i updated. It can't register to my home wi-fi.

    Sorry for the delays. Widevine issues have been fixed so Chrome won't lag out and we can now watch Netflix again. Cast has a probability of being fixed as well there's hope. I'll probably add button mapping stuff to settings and navbar toggle and release an update for November patch.

    Current issues:

    Widevine: messes up Chrome, Spotify, Netflix, any chromium based app.
    Cast: WfdService app crashes when trying to connect to wireless display.
    Camera HDR: Just disable the notification and it'll capture just fine.

    Hopefully I'll be able to fix them soon.
