i lost galaxy y bootsplash i flashed stock rom and now instead of bootsplash i get a white screen and then some lines appear then every thing seems normal can anyone help me fix this??

you have flashed the wrong firmware for your phone/used odin wrong or have hardware fault
if you can still get into download mode flash the correct firmware for your phone or use odin correctly
If you can no longer get into download mode you will have to take your phone to a repair shop
