I can confirm that LTE deodexed is working on SGP311. screen off/lock screen issue will be encountered after flashing deodexed zip and during first initializing. but after rebooting once it is back to normal. Thanks.

Just "reodexed" my TabZ with your package, and it's smooth, but the keyboard flickering returned for me... So, i must go back to deodexed.

Edit: the flickering appears in Chrome only, and not because of reodex package.... In Next Browser i have no problem at all. I will use it instead of crappy Chrome...

Thx for your work.

Can you clarify some things.

1). Were settings.apk and services.jar ( to disable signature verification) modified in order to work properly in your odexed package? Or you just decompiled the settings.apk, turned on H/W and recompiled it?

2). Can only settings.apk and services.jar be used without applying the whole odexed package on stock odexed rom which is kinda weird? :eek:

3). Why size of apks and odexes is different from the stock odexed ones inside ROM?

1/ settings and service were deodexed > fixed and re-odexed with tablet helping
2/ you have to flash all apps, just fixed reodexed settings.apk and serivce jar flashed on stock odexed rom doesn't work :/
3/ i dont know why :) every apps came form sony's stock rom. on pc ive deodexed this zip pack, then reodexed with fixed settings on tablet, thats all.

on my tabz this flashable odex works

hm, will try to check it myself. But very strange that if only service and settings were fixed, you can't use them only.

yeah, its stragne, only settings apk and jar doesnt work. just try it

edit:
ive tried now just to replace settings and service and its smoother than stock but still laggy... or its just my tabz -.-'

So Does it work, If we take the service.jar and Settings.apk (From ReOdexed zip) and put them in a Stock (Odexed) with their respective odex files? I am a bit confused

I received my SGP321 today with 307, 'unrooted' installed xzdualrecovery and installed this package right away :angel:

It's magical to see my guides put to good use :good:

I noticed twrp is (again) broken, is this a know issue or is it just mine? :confused:

Why in ReOdexed zip there are more apps in app folder than in stock ROM, like AndroidTerm.apk and some others :confused:
Did you install them and only then reodexed ROM? Can you give a link to manual/software you used to deodex ROM?

    UPDATE to 4.4.2 CE1 10.5.A.0.230 + ROOT +DEODEX/ReODEX (both zip's with fixed Settings)

    If you are on rooted Tablet Z SGP321 / SO-03e, you can update to this latest version following the guide, just download 4.4 update and start with point 10. :)​

    Requirements:
    1. Flashtool 0.9.15+ (download)
    2. XZDualRecovery 2.7.123 or newer.
    3.1. Back to 4.1.2 and Rooting or
    3.2. Rooted Android 4.3 10.4.B.0.569 or newer
    4.1 Tablet Z LTE SGP321 or
    4.2 Tablet Z DoCoMo So-03e with rooted SGP321 4.3 ROM*** (LINK)
    ​

    How to update:
    1. if you're in non-rooted 4.3, rooted 4.2, etc., flash SGP321 4.1.2 FTF using FlashTool and root
    2. Select Debugging on from the Settings Menu
    3. Select Unknown Sources under Security Menu in Settings
    4. Download 4.4 .zip and stripped.ftf:

    5. Put 'SGP321_4.4.flashable.zip' on (the external) SDcard1;
    6. Put 'SGP321_4.4.ftf' inside the Flashtool/firmwares folder;
    7. Download XZDualRecovery (latest Version is TabZ-lockeddualrecovery2.7.123.beta.installer.zip), and unzip
    8. connect your tablet and install the XZ Dualrecovery folder Install.bat file
    9. Select the Option as SuperUser (2), it will copy all the stuffs and reboot and start in Philz Recovery.
    For clean 4.4 installation with root click "Clean to Install a New ROM" in Wipe Data/Factory Reset
    10. Flash 'SGP321_4.4.flashable.zip' in Philz,
    11.. do not reboot but go back to the main menu, then go to Power->Power off
    12. Flash everything in 'SGP321_4.4.stripped.ftff';
    Only for DoCoMo So-03e Users - you have to checking Exclude Partition!​
    13. Reboot to system without clearing (dalvik-/)cache.
    14. connect your tablet and once again install the newest XZDualRecovery, Tablet will reboot into Recovery, now just click 'system reboot' :)

    ​


    ODEX or DEODEX:
    Odexed Rom = +fast +more battery life +better stability +less ram utilization -difficult_customization/themes
    Deodexed Rom = +customization -less battery life -less stability -worse ram manager -slow​


    How to Deodex:
    First you have to update your Tablet with 4.4 Rom and then can you deodex your Xperia!
    1. Download 4.4_SGP321_Deodex.zip (this zip file is without laggy settings :))

    2. Put this Zip File on SdCard0.
    3. Reboot into Recovery.
    4. Flash and reboot :)
    (if screenlock doesnt work, just do something in tablet and reboot tablet 3-4 times)
    ​
    If works hit "thanks" button :)

    How to Re-Odex / fix Settings on Stock Odex:

    !!! Create a backup of your TabZ in CWM or TWRP and don't forget to backup the contents of 'SDCard0';!!!

    I can confirm it's work on docomo so-03e (with SGP321_10.4.B.0.569_4.3 flashed).
    [ You can check here on how to change your SO-03E to SGP321 with 32GB ]
    Started with step10, and just Checking Exclude Partition when doing step12. (12. Flash everything in 'SGP321_4.4.stripped.ftff')

    Tested camera, speaker, nfc, wifi, lte. All work.
    Radio/televsion service (docomo version only service) should not work.
    Risk on your own.
