I got the camcorder to start recording in High, but after 2 or 3 seconds the preview and time counter freezes.. stop button still works, but the preview is still frozen and the video file is junk.
I think it might have something to do with the encoding..
Phone/3G may or may not have something to do with /dev/ttyACM0.. which doesn't exist, but acm0 does and it links to ttyGS0..
I'm off to bed right now, I'll try play around with it some more tomorrow

I have the same problem when fix these problem. So what we can do is to rebuild the libcamera.so.
3G is 850/1900,in china is the EDGE,not Wcdma

After you flash the rom... before you flash gapps... "wipe data/factory reset"... it should boot fine after that

Flipside: feedback for CM 7.2.0 (Android 2.3.7)(2012.03.23)
Last tuesday i did the install of CM 7.2.0 on my Flipside.
Now i tell my experience:
PROS:
- System run smooth. ¡It is a delight!.
- 3G (UMTS for Movilnet Venezuela) and WIFI works perfectly.
- Acelerometer perform good with "Speedx 3D" game.
- Multitouch is fine.
CONS:
- System crash sometimes when receive incoming calls.
- Random DSP app crash.
- GPS dont work.
- System dont boot when i install micro sd hc 4GB (3GB for FAT32 partition and 600MB for ext3 partition).
PS: I can not find the option to turn on the keyboard light. Anybody can help me?

You sure your 3G works?
What color is your H icon in the bar... if it is white... your 3G isn't working proper...
I assume this because... your phone crashes on incoming call...
In settings-wireless and networks-apn... if you choose 2G only... that goes away and the E that replaces the H will turn green

no no no, the E will become green when your phone is in sunlight,...in the dark or weak light, it will be white
the color don't depend on the network working or not
It changes to green (or another color if you're using a theme) with a successful ping to Google's servers, which requires Google Apps to be installed for it to work

So... I was surfing around... and I found a cm7.2 for the CLIQ2 on another forum...
I was wondering if anyone knows if that would work for us... since laidaxin is using CLIQ2 sources...
I am thinking about just trying to flash it since it appears to be just about the same phone?
Any thoughts?

I don't really know... I would say the kernel, but that doesn't apply to this device
Make sure everything in /system/lib/egl has the same name, and if it doesn't, replace it..

Fellas... definitely the 3G does not work correctly. The data transmission works well but does not work transimison voice.
Using only 2G the system works perfectly.

Sorry for my poor English!3It should be 0 by default I think, change that to 255. I JUST finished downloading it, had major issues. One of the two mirror links was giving 404 errors, and the other was timing out ~20mb into the download. I threw it up on mediafire for anyone else having issues getting it (or for anyone too impatient to wait through the ~20k/sec I was getting here in the US).

For anyone interested, I tried again but a different way and got a reply... based on the other threads asking the same thing (for other devices), they release the source a few weeks after it's asked for

As for the boot loader, many people have petitioned/asked for them to be unlocked, and Motorola said they would - except there's only the Xoom (which is more or less a Google device) and a special version of the Droid RAZR unlockable.
Maybe there will be hope with Google taking over (every Google device is made to be unlockable without any hacks/exploits)2May be you will do this:
1.replace the /lib/moudles/modem_pm_driver.ko
2.add the missing files in system/lib,like the librilswith.so etc...
3.change the build.prop in ril lines
you all can try this for 3G problem.I try it,but when reboot to the system,I can't get any sign.But this way is the only way to solve this problem.Maybe I foget some lib or any other files fo this change.I work on CM9 now,good luck!
