Hey everyone. As some of you know I have been working on Launcher2 from the gingerbread source for a few weeks now. Here I am releasing what I would like to call ghLauncher.

ghLauncher currently is Launcher2 for qHD screens with sensor landscape support. I plan to add more mods as time goes on, so right now it is mostly stock.

FEATURES
Full qHD support
Landscape
fixed all touch alignment issues
fixed all 3D display alignment issues
fixed 3D texture tearing
fixed outdated landscape hot-seat images

Requirements
THIS IS ONLY FOR QHD DEVICES!
THIS IS ONLY FOR GINGERBREAD ROMS!

HOW TO INSTALL
1) Download the app
2) Just install! if that doesn't work follow the rest of the guide.
push it to your system partition (2a or 2b. not both)
2a) ADB METHOD
adb remount
adb push Launcher2.apk /system/app
adb shell
su
cd /system/app
chmod 644 Launcher2.apk

2b)
ROOT EXPLORER METHOD
copy it in with root explorer on the phone.
set the permissions in root explorer

3) reboot!

-NOTES-
rom cooks, you may include this in your rom just give credit!

I installed it from my sd card. Just touched the file and installed.

Same issues as all gb launchers on my evo, aliased text in the drawer..it works though

The notification icon in the launcher is the Bluetooth icon

It is fast and smooth as an everyday launcher, but you may want to add scrollable widget support in future versions :)

    good to know about the touch and install. after I fixed the icons I didnt even notice the text. Ill take a look at it.
