New update apps not installing

So with the latest firmware and fear manager update I can no longer install apps like toggles gear and watch styler like I'll down load them and able to open them on my note 3 . But won't work on gear 2 . Any one else experiencing same issue ?

I am having the same problem since I originally bought my gear 2 neo. I have searched high and low with no solution to be found. I suppose its just a matter of waiting on more support for tizen or a good working port of android or wear. Till then its at least usable.
