That's standard dock from ADW launcher.

I can clearly tell that statusbar is Gingerbread with ICS icons and I'm pretty sure there is no Touchwiz 4.5 for ICS.

damn, have you gone over TW4.5 #21(#22 test last page) post. Someone said "TW 4.5 works on Darknight rom". and did you mean the startusbar of Darknight rom looks like Stock rom,and Darknight wasnt a ICS rom? this gonna hurt Darknight developers' feeling.
