Definitely upgrading my OP 6 this time with a Oneplus 7 Pro and will be getting it on launch day. Will there be any proper tempered glass protectors which wouldn't block the Oneplus 7 Pro screen on the sides? Wasn't lucky with the Oneplus 6 TG protectors as they were blocking the screen. The screen this time looks a lot more curved from the images and chances of a fully fitting tempered glass looks very bleak with the bezels almost vanishing.

Finished applying gadgetshieldz full body protection on my Oneplus 7 Pro. The screen protector goes all the way to the edges. This is freakin invisible after applying and almost feels like glass...Great scratch protection if you use your device naked.

There is no proper TG protectors yet due to the curved screen. This feels great with the back and camera lens protection as bonus....

Or should I go for those liquid or wet install protectors like Gadgetshieldz or Zagg Invisibleshield as these cover the screen edge-to-edge? Gadgetshieldz is already on pre-order

Any Oneplus 7 Pro tempered glass protectors available yet? Whitestone Dome kinda for a reasonable price?

There are some in the Amazon but not sure about the quality and no info about the whitestone and zagg. These flexi screen protectors with a case are your best bet till anything worthwhile comes in tempered glass protectors for the Oneplus 7 Pro.

Im just worried due to curved screen on Pro that we wont get a easy to apply one.
Will probably need to use blue light to put it on and that makes them quite expensive and not compatible with all cases. My Pixel 2 XL still has no protector due to this.

Yes whitestone dome.

Had this on several of my Samsung devices. They work great but the install takes some getting used to and they are much more expensive than a regular tempered glass protector

I was using 3mk Arc 3D foil on my Galaxy S8+. It was much better than any glass I was using before. It had self healing feature and was totally invisible on any angle. Compared to any 9h glass which often are shinny as hell it was a perfect solution. Also it was compatible with any case( I was using it with neo hybrid from Spigen) I hope that 3MK will make it also for OP7 pro.

Using the Skinomi matte protector on my 6T which is self healing and feels like a glass screen protector. Getting the same thing for the 7 pro as soon as it's available. Best screen protector I've ever had.

Please give us a full review in a other thread when you install it please. This look like the most promising one that is clear. In the mean time, I found this clear tempered glass protector if anybody wanna try to order it https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RBVS6SG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_kvl5CbAGS6S8D

So I got it and will paste my review from Amazon below. But you need to know first: DONT USE THE WHOLE BOTTLE OF ADHESIVE. There, now for the review:
First of all, I need to stress why I removed a star. They include two bottles of UV curing adhesive. The instructions say to use one entire bottle. That's exactly what I did and I could tell right away it was too much. I've used Whitestone Dome protectors for Samsung Galaxy S9 and so I was expecting a nickel sized blob of adhesive. This was closer to a quarter or more even.
So what's the problem you ask? I'm glad you asked. You are now going to be installing this for the next 30 minutes because of how much crap is all over the place. You better have taped up any buttons and ports prior to starting the installation, too. Because the adhesive is now running down the sides of your phone and spreading to the back of your phone and on your table top. You will now be frantically trying to do a quick minute cure to your screen so you can pick it up and clean the sides and back. You will have it all over your hands.
And then you'll think you're done after curing the 60 seconds per quarter of the screen. You'll start powering on the phone to use until you realize that there's still adhesive seeping out of the screen because there was too much trapped under the screen. So now you'll be cleaning it again and your hands are covered and you'll have to cure for at least 5 minutes per quarter of the screen and I'll recommend curing from each side for at least 2 minutes too.
That being said, this is the best protector for the phone currently. The glass is smooth and oleophobic and very clear. Finger print sensor works perfectly both in the dark and bright sunlight. It goes perfectly edge to edge. That's why I'm still giving it 4 stars.
So the moral is: tape all your ports closed. Use only half the bottle, maybe slightly more until you get a nickel sized blob. Cure the screen for longer because I'm pretty sure the tiny uv lamp included is about 25% as bright as the one included with the Whitestone.

And here is the link again. Got it less than a week.

So I got my Chinese UV kit yesterday. Not sure of it is because I've done so many of these but it is perfect. Not a single bubble anywhere, not even on the sides. I always do this...

    Find a flat surface
    1. Tape up all ports, buttons and so on (Don't skip, cleaning up Loca glue sucks)
    2. Apply a lot of glue to the middle
    3. Use the stock case to get the perfect lineup (no white dome kit needed)
    4. Gently and slowly drop the glass down, if you have a bubble pull it up and go slower
    5. Wait a good amount of time to spread, lift up the phone to spread to areas that don't get glue only after a while.
    6. Clean any glue off the screen or sides before curing
    7. Once perfect, use UV light to cure.
    8. Use alcohol wipe to clean the top of the screen

I've attached photos, trust me it is perfect, anything you see on the screen is on the top of the screen.

Take your time. Even if you want to get the white dome kit, you can get these cheap Chinese ones as back up screens. They seem to be the same.

    Good luck.
