I updated mine back when you posted this...but I was under the impression that Adobe halted updates for Flash and Android?

As stated in OP, Adobe doesn't support devices with android beyond 4.0.X...
If you can give an example of a website where flash fails I can test it with Firefox just to make sure that is a Flash problem, not a Dolphin one.

No it isn't. Just install it and use it with a browser other than chrome. Firefox or the AOSP browsers seem to be the most popular ones.

It may be a Dolphin problem...
I can see the videos of that website without problem in my nexus4 using Flash and Firefox (screenshot attached).

Umm, what is your stock android browser? Your Chrome browser? I also have a Note II (LTE) and Flash Player works almost in every sight. BUT my new Nexus 4 doesn't see the Flash Player content I see with the Note II. Of course N4 is JB4.2.1 and Note II is JB4.1.1. But I also have a TMobile Note II and installed the EXACT same version of the Dolphin Browser & Flash Player, guess what? The TMobile version doesn't work! Only the Note II (LTE) 's Dolphin Flash Player worked. I have NO IDEA why this is happening to tell you the truth.

I think he means stock aosp browser. I use it on my Nexus 4 which runs flash videos brilliantly compared to my old Desire HD or this Asus TF101. You can find it another topic in the Themes and Apps forums.
