I have crius q7a tablet in black screen Pls help me
how to do a factory reset i cant get recovery mode to repair this and fix this problem
pls help masters

hi to reset to factory firm your tablet.
- turn off your tablet
- presse sound + button and poweron button on same time for few time , than free power on button but keep sound + for few time more than you can entre recovery menu.
- navigate with sound +/- button
- chose with power on button wipe data/factory reset.
- chose yes -- delete all user data.
- chose reboot system now.

dont forgot before to that to have full batterie.
