[Q] Play store will not download

S4 running 4.4.2 CM 11
It will not download anything from play store
I have tried
- 4 different Gapps packs
- uninstalling updates
- updating play store
- deleting all cache
- Factory reset
- flashing new ROM
- installed modded Google play store
Nothing is working can i get some help
I haven't tried uninstalling Gapps and reinstalling just installing over

Are you using any kind of firewall apps to block internet access? They can screw with it.

nothing from stock cm it was not working, unless talkback in blocking it
