[update] [05.03.11] miROM_Toshiba_Stripe_Menu

INFO: cab is in re development

ToshibaStripesMenu from last UK 6.5 ROM

for the best: before install the cab, disable all items in home menu, install time is about 1,5 min.(deactivate auto standby or set the stanby time higher) install the cab. no restart needed. go back in home settings, toshiba menu is now selected. press ok and toshiStripes starts!

works on 6.1 ROM, 6.5 ROM and 6.5.5 ROM (6.5.3 i think also)

Tested on a german i900 and it doesn't work for me :-(

Installation works fine, but in home settings there is no toshiba menu.

same here, tried this on my rhodium, german 21916 rom / with hd2 packages,
no entry in home settings.

Try it on omnia, no such item in Today's menu.
I check the cab, there's another miROM_Toshiba_Stripe_Menu.cab inside.
I'll wait for your revision.

Thanks for bring this UI to other WM device. Hopefully it can run smooth on Omnia....

tried on HTC PURE running cr192 mozart rom..

installed fine but no item in the launcher selection menu...

please revise would love to see this on my phone

Hi boys,
It doesnt working NOW because...
If it is original Today from TG-01, it cant work NOW on the other display resolutions.
TG-01 is WVGA
Omnia is WQVGA
HTCs are VGA or WVGA

But this can be fixed.

Thank for your work, I hope it will work on Omnia i900.

there isn't main_menu.dll in cab. for that it dont show in today list.
that is not full cab.

Yes you are right. I think that this requires some special Toshiba Drivers. But hopefully Miro will bring you guys a revision, but for now he is busy cooking fantastic ROMs for us... 14 ROMs to choose from! thanks Miro!

I8000安装后,桌面项目设置中没有这个桌面选项。

查看CAB文件,发现没有UI的dll文件。

请LZ重新检查下CAB文件。

I8000 After installation, there is no desktop items to set the desktop option.

View CAB files, don't find the dll file for this UI.

Please recheck the CAB file.

From what I know, it easier to scale from WVGA to WQVGA since it's exactly half of the resolution. Sometimes a program doesn't need adjustment since it will scale itself to fit the screen by half. I hope Stripe UI is one of this kind, so I just need to resize those pics to cut the size

I have TG01 dump, can anyone with TG01 inform me what's missing from previous cab? Just main_menu.dll? @lonton, how can u make it run on your TD2?

I hope miRO could come up with a fully working cab soon....
