Depending on what roms you want to flash. If GB then yes you have all you need. If however you want to flash ICS you will need to update your firmware also.

My pleasure. 3.12 will work fine on the older roms, but AFAIK if you want to use a Sense 3.6 rom you will need at least 3.24
I am in same boat I can't use new firm

If you are Supercid then you can use any one. The only differences between the files AFAIK is the changes made to the android-info.txt file for the different cid versions for those not using Supercid. If you aren't Supercid then you need to choose the file that has been modified for your device, but the rest of the content packages (ie radio etc) are all the same. But is it important to choose a right one according to our country? Or is that irrelevant? Does reception depend on that choice? Thanks

Replace the HBOOT 1.27.1100 Revolutionary in V3.32 with the latest untouched HBOOT 1.27.000 from latest OTA . This is working.
I think I have that on my laptop. I I can get it posted later

This seems like the similar issue that I may be having. Hoping for solution soon.Hello, i have some major problems. I was running virtuous ROM 3.5 on my HTC Sensation, (and before that ARHD 6.0-something). I have been trying to change over to Android Revolution HD 6.5.1. Now the phone stuck and rebooting all the time. I've been trying to change the firmware several times and install the new ARHD - since that didn't work, i wanted to try the latest Virtuous 4.0 with the right firmware and don't work either. My phone is still stuck rebooting. I can access the phone thanks to the 4EXT and mount the memorycard to my computer.
Im using 4EXT Recovery Touch and my phone looks like this when i go into bootloader mode.

What can i do to get out of this reboot loop, i would like to get either Virtuous 4.0 or the latest ARHD.
One big issue i have also is that my volume buttons is not working so i can't get into bootloader menu, but im using adb reboot-bootloader to start up the bootloader - when installing the firmware it's a lottery if i can select yes or no.

I need a guinea pig to test the nonmodified 1.27. This person must suffer from bootloop issues on the new firmware.
If interested I need your cid.. Only need one or two testers so don't flood me on cids

Go to 4ext.net and download 4ext recovery..
Put it in the same dir as fastboot
Go to bootloader.
Plug phone in the pc
On pc open a terminal/prompt
Go to the directory of adb/fastboot
Do
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Done
If you don't have adb it is in the first post and you will need htc sync for the drivers.
