This is a concept i saw on Dribbble. I was wondering if something like would be possible as MIUI LS?
Feeling kind of stupid now for not looking at least few pages back
I'm getting close to releasing my new theme (that I've been working on for WAY too long!!) but I'd like everyone's feedback. Which album art background would you prefer (this is what you will see when no music is playing or you are playing music from a source other than MIUI player)?
#1 - Verbatim Disk (simple image with no animation)

#2 - Blank Disk with spinning animation (same effect as the record on the stock MIUI v4 LS)

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. I just noticed the images look horrible from XDA app (and probably Tapatalk too) so please view from the full website.
Quick question for anyone who might know the answer, is there a way to bold text? If so what is the code for it? I searched pomenx's thread but can't see it.
actually there is, althouth i'm not sure from which version is it introduced (probably sometimes back in january)
the Text tag has a property bold="true" that you can use
eg: <Text color="#ff4f4f4f" bold="true" size="20" x="108" y="#screen_height+64" align="left" textExp="ifelse(isnull(@sms_contact1),#sms_num1,@sms_contact1)"/>
That's a known issue with miui v4. It shows thru to tge wallpaper but not the icons and desktop. Someone needs to figure the code out. It used to be in the manifest under "show desktop = true"

this feature is not existing in v4 for now, it needs to change the AOSP framework code much, we are trying to avoid that because it could introduce obstacles to the code merging with android new version and porting works. I'm trying to figure out a good approach to do that.
Just a blank disc IMHOAnybody else got a preference?
