Running the rom for the last couple hours and it is amazing. Great job! The phone is not getting near as hot as it was on stock neither.

I added the Homescreen Menu mod to the Mods App, misc section....for now, this adds the 3 dot menu on the lower left corner (not recent apps, yet)

This mod modifies SystemUI & Prism....I have found that some mods in Prism will break themes, meaning u get the "please sign into you HTC account" nag, when trying to download a theme. If you get this error, flash the stock Prism from Mods App.

Looks like I will be getting paid at work today to root my m9 and load up my favorite rom. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

ROM is running smooth so far, really no issues to report. Battery life seems slightly improved, and should only get better once everything settles. One minor thing that I noticed is that the 4G icon looks kind of funky, I'm not sure if it's supposed to look like that or not. I'll attached a screenshot in a few minutes. Thanks Bad Boyz :good:

    copy firmware to adb/fastboot/sdk folder, boot into bootloader, type these cmds:

    fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
    fastboot reboot-bootloader


    or rename zip to 0PJAIMG.zip copy to ext sd card, boot into download mode


    flash the firmware 2x!



    S-ON users:

    1st you must relock the bootloader. Using fastboot, use this cmd:

    fastboot oem lock

    If you are not familiar with fastboot:

    then step 11...

    Once bootloader is relocked, you can ONLY flash the signed firmware from HTC...or you can flash the 3.41 RUU

    after updating firmware, you can now unlock via htcdev.com, once unlocked, flash the latest TWRP
