Wipe caches before flashing it (only if you are on I-Scream build 10)
Please use baseband 70 (other baseband might give better battery life but can cause wifi issue)
Use NightElf kernel RC2 light with zram

Short feedback
Flashed build 11,until now i found two issues: when i open Walkman from menu, i get FC,but if i open it from widget it's working,and video recording not working,i get camera FC when i switch to video mode.WLAN is working good with baseband 64 and NightElf kernel.Going back to build 10,cause i have to go to school.

first impression: Touch response is a low. That might be because i shifted from CM9 to this and CM9's responsiveness is the best ive experienced.
The new theme is fabulous. Changed touch sounds, i think. Either way i like this better.
The battery mod is great. I see youve changed some of the icons. Its a bit of a dissappointment to not actually haveAOSP phone/contacts inspite of the AOSP icons
Added AOSP messaging. Awesome!
New analogue and digital clock widgets. Saw that in your AOKP. Liked it. Expected it here.
Not experienced any problem so far.
Also, is the incall screen changed aswell?

Transition animations lag in this one as well using a certain widgets/certain number of widgets on trebuchet. :/
The only workaround for that seems to be changing the transition animations. Gonna play for it for some hours, then revert to CM9 until this is fixed :/
Will report on battery, too.

EDIT: The ROM is fast and really great. I take my workds back for it being not responsive. Transition animations dont lag with trebuchet as well. Everything is great and actually its even smoother than CM9. [Except for the launcher. CM9 and the launcher are lethally compatible tbh] The only thing i would like to see now would be AOSP in-call screen and phone.apk and this would be perfect. Absolutely perfect.
To be asking a little more, the modded quickpanel looks a bit rookie as compared to the traditional quickpanel, so IF that could be sorted out, it would be the best ROM ever.
PS: Although it is pre-supercharged, but it is HIGHLY recommended to install nitro-lag nullifier.

Some neo user may having issue installing the rom, something like this;

Thanks to igogold for detecting/realize this as he mention here; that due to the size of the rom, around 312Mb on system partition, was too large for neo phone, which have only 312Mb system partition.
Solution
An easy way is to get the trimmed version by igogold, please refer to his post here.
The rom need to be trim/slim so it will fit neo system partition. Keep another copy of the rom in a safe place (backup). Refer to the list below, delete those apk files from the rom. Then u can proceed with the installation.

Instruction:
- get on the official 4.0.4 ICS 4.1.B.0.431 (make it easy for everyone)
- extract it (do not flash it directly)
- flash the kernel provided
- reboot into recovery
- do a full backup (always do this before flashing anything)
- do a full wipe (if you don't do this, don't post if u are having any issue)
- flash the rom
- flash I-Scream_restore_vdd_level.zip
- reboot into phone
if you flash the update directly it will cause bootloop
- set the time & the brightness to half
- reboot into recovery, flash update
(find it in I-Scream_4.1.B.0.431 folder on your sd card. It will be added when flashing the rom)
- also flash patch (only for neo)
- reboot into phone
- open QuickPanelSetting, remove screen timeout, brightness & flashlight
- refer to post #3 for further tips
- hit the thanks button
