Atlast the root for x10 mini/mini pro is here ... now you dont have to use prerooted firmware ... just use this application and your device is rooted..

Tested On My X10 Mini Pro:

1. Download modified "SuperOneClick".
2. Enable "USB Debug".
3. Connect phone to "PC" and select "Charge Phone".
4. Open "SuperOneClick" and select "Root".
5. Wait!
6. When it is done, reboot.

Now you have rooted Xperia X10 MINI/MINI PRO 2.1 without flashing.

What will happen with things like App2SD, Jit, xrecovery when i update to this newest software? Will they be just disabled till i root, or will i have to install them again?

Good Job! z4root and Universal Androot have failed me, but SOC rooted just fine. Thank you so much!

SOC working... partially?

I just rooted mi X10mini with SOC but Titanium Backup Pro can't obtain root access...

Edit: Ok, I fixed it, I downloaded busybox using the Titatiun Backup wizzard and voila!!

It doesn't work for me. SuperOneClick stops responding as soon as it's "Waiting for device" and I have tried with both charge the phone and connect the phone. (And USB debug is on.)

UPDATE: It did work after all. All I had to do was to update PC Companion... :)

    YES !!
    Finally ROOTED !

    I didn't download sdk , it just happened by chance !
    first : plug the phone on ( charging only ) mode , wihout debugging
    second : open ( super one click ) and choose ROOT
    when it stop at ( waiting for device ) , now " debug " the phone
    and it just worked , dont know what is the point , but it works !

    ( there is something called ( adb ) in the superoneclick folder, opened it by mistake :D , might be the cause )
