ok im on superROM v2 , and i have the label theme, can i flash update 3 as update.zip with CWM with no problems ???

i also on label theme and wonder about this...can we straight away use the update?? or have to flash the ics theme first??

i think theme title label(Sound,Display etc) is quite big for me,or change font will change that?...
