Is the overclock in .22 applied by default? And are those frequencies @ that voltage safe? Also, what is the default voltage for Desire?
The overclock has NEVER been applied by default in any version of OpenDesire, and all the voltages are safe, all are underclocked except the highest one which is at the stock voltage.
I don't know if it's my problem, but after installing BlackBar V4 I got an endless boot.

I can confirm that. I have that same problem too on .22 GSM
Scrolling is fixed in 4.22, confirmed. Looks like the kernel ver. changed again though, need to recompile my WiFi driver... has the new source code been updated? Is there an easy way to tell from the source itself?

Sorry, I am a bit new at this. If they are not applied, how can we apply them? Plus do they adjust their frequencies automatically depending on usage?
You need an OC tool (SETCpu or JuiceDefender or smth similar) to overclock. And yes, they adjust automatically.
Change the Kernel / SetCPU ... but for what carry a car batt in a bag to charge phone ... od in stock is fine with hav

Okay, if we are using an OC tool to OC the device, then how does OD play a role since the frequency is advertised in the changelog? I don't got my Desire so can't play with it ATM, can't wait to get it back

Fixed V4B and tested. Working fine now.
Checking now why it got wrong it the first so doesn't happen again.

OpenDesire was made with made purely for the HTC Desire and is compiled from a variety of public repositories, OpenDesire is NOT a port of any HTC ROM, it is compiled from source purely with the exception of the Google Apps for which the source code is not publicised.

Installation
- Ensure you have a custom recovery image installed
- Download the zip file from the link below and copy it to your SD card

No wipe is explicitly required in order to use this ROM, however if you do encounter issues of any kind, it is recommended that you wipe your device and reproduce the issue before raising it here.

which radio do you use? the latest works fine, but has high battery drain (3%/h and more). as soon as i realized this i switched to 32.46.00.32U_5.10.05.17_22Thanks for your reply but i cannot understand it
On which boxes must i write these numbers?
The screen below is how i have mine. I keep playing with the levels (screen) to make it nice.
1) press Set number of levels and type 8
2) input the values
3) save and apply
Works fine for me1
this ROM runs per default on 1000 MHz, you can overclock it by using SetCPU
