This is based on the new T-Mobile Germany OTA.

No firmware included, no root, no mods. Completely stock. Flash through recovery.

Please wipe system first.

If you want root, flash SuperSU after flashing the rom.

Hey Turge. What is your sharing policy on this. Can I base my Rom off this?

Hmm I just managed to move Chrome to my SD card no problem using Tibu...

Maybe I should upload my modified firmware.zip with install instructions? It doesn't seem to have bricked me and this rom seems more stable.

    *edit*

Here it is for those of you who want to flash the latest Hboot with firmware/radio/kernel updates. This was extracted from the tmobile DE OTA File.

This did not brick my phone. This does not mean it won't brick yours. I am not responsible. The end. GL HF

link removed as Turge fixed his and there's no point in having 2

download and put firmware.zip in fastboot folder (do not extract it)
    boot to bootloader/fastboot
    plug phone in to PC
open command prompt within fastboot folder

    fastboot oem rebootRUU
    fastboot flash zip firmware.zip

    Wait for it to finish

Error flush again immediately will occur.

    fastboot flash zip firmware.zip

    Wait for it to finish.

    fastboot reboot-bootloader

Then you should have 2.15 hboot.

You will then need to flash twrp or CWM over as this will install stock recovery.

For signal drop issue,do you disabale sleep mode in power setting.

Like @timmaaa has said a billion times and yet no one listens to the guy. The guy isnt stupid, so listen to him.. Sleep Mode just turns off DATA AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF NO USE WHEN PHONES IN HIBERNATION, it has nothing to do with the signal..... It's something with HTC Stock Kernel that's effecting that.... To fix you must flash @Zarboz 4.2.2 kernel.... Had that issue before I flashed kernel... And it's been exactly 26 hours without signal loss..

So Turge, does this mean you will be updating your ViperXL ROM with 4.2.2?

Question has either been answered here or in the viper thread... Please read up on these forums before posting. To save clutter and people answering the same question a billion times... Yes he is going to update it to Sense 5 4.2.2 by the way...
