Hello XDAers, this ROM is customized for my own but maybe some of you have the same need
When you try these ROMs, no matter they are good or bad, could you please leave some comments? So we can reach for the best ROM. Thanks for your cooperation.

1. Performance: 6.1 >> 6.5 > 6.5.3 ~ 6.5.x
2. Touch friendliness: 6.5.3 ~ 6.5.x >= 6.5 >> 6.1
3. Power management: 6.5.3 ~ 6.5.x ~ 6.5 > 6.1

Native OEMXip vs. 6.5 OEMXip
1. Total ram: 107 vs. 113 M ==> 6.5 wins
2. Memory map: 2 slots vs. 4 slots ==> 6.5 wins
3. Bugs/issues: 0 vs. 3D view in SPBshell ==> Native wins

However:
1. Pagepool set to 20 M: total ram of 107 M vs. 97 M ==> Native wins
2. Memory map: (by recmod) 0 vs. 0 packages in slot 0 (This slot should be as empty as possible for better performance, see Mr. Makk) ==> Draw

So, in general:

+ NO 3G, IR (3G is still there, go Start/Settings/Connections/AdvancedNetwork: enable HSDPA/HSUPA from the first tab)
+ Pics in Album cannot slide Solved

+ SMS notification: 1- option of 'repeat play sound' is disable ==> open PHMregedit, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877D65B...}, change key Options to 1073741825 (hex: 40000000), then you can dis/able all options; 2- the phone is woken up on new sms (wasting power, accidentally call...): go HKLM>Drivers>Built In>RIL, set the value 'DisableSMSWakeUpEvent' to 1 (create it if not found).

+ Slow menu animation (in 6.5.3, and 6.5): 1- open PHMregedit, change the following keys
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\HTCMenus]
"EnableVSync"=dword:00000000 ;this is the most important, 0=disable
"AnimationRadio_LS"=dword:00000000 ;these 2 keys may take effect only if EnableVSync=1, feel free to play with them
"AnimationRadio"=dword:00000000
2- install wonderful FingerSuite by Francesco Carlucci from here or download from post#2. However, changing settings in 6.5.3 cannot be close, require reset the phone (but settings saved), just a bit annoying.

+ SPB shell 3.5.5, Carousel view (3D view of screens) may hang in some case. I mean if you don't meet it for the first time, you will never see it. You can fix it temporarily by disable 3D acceleration and enable it again (in settings/SPB mobile Shell/System/Use 3D accelerator)

I don't know how to make nice shots of the mobile.

this is great effort from you. as you can imagine most of us are crazed with the htc sense and newer builds. dont let this get you down or if u receive comments abt the old age build version.

personally i must say...nice one man. i have been tweaking the stock rom (build 20764) myself. so its good to know i aint the only one alone sticking to stock roms and builds rather than ported builds. my signature says otherwise, thats cos i m checkin out 21057 myself

but this is one rom i wil download and keep in my device from time to time.

Thanks for the encouragement Very happy to know you have same opinion.
Actually, I have tested many ROMs before I built myself and also tested many SYS builds. In my experience, the difference among those is little except the smoothness in 6.5 compared to 6.1. In addition, the way MS allocate memory is also believed better in 6.5 (with 2 new slots for modules, which can free more memory or ram during operation). However, I don't feel much. Some tweaks bring more obvious feelings.

Nop, not really. I usually use it as a watch and ring clock

jus extract n copy the folder to yor device. run the exe file and it wil tell you the instruction...

you can save the image in either jpg or png format. better use png as the file size wil b small.

after takin the screenshots upload the images to a free image hosting website like imageshack.us or photobucket and then use the image link you get to tag to ur 1st post via the image tag

Actually, I am not so sure if I removed 3G from this ROM. I just did not see 3G option in Connection manager. I will search around and add 3G in (removed since I do not pay for 3G).

but I don't know how to add enable/disable in ConnectionManager, can somebody show me?
