And it looks *remarkable* like Pebble Time.
In any case, I am a bit confused - I see mentions of different models/names. SMA Q, SMA Q2, just SMA TIME. Since I can't seem to find concrete info - what is the difference?

Yes. Q it is first model. SMA Q2, it's last one. Before release, SMA change name from SMA TIME to SMA Q2..;)

Looks interesting, how it handles notifications from apps like whats app or fb messenger, does it display just generic icon or fully readable message?

    Instructions on firmware for android(on the ios a little differently) :
    Everything you do you do at your own risk.
    Enable DFU mode on the clock: hold down the left and right extremes button for a few seconds and see it: IMG_20170206_100819.jpg
    After..
    1. The program for the firmware nRF Toolbox downloaded from Google Play. Throws the firmware file to the phone memory
    2. Run the application nRF Toolbox
    3. Select the DFU
    4. Choose select file, select the item Distribution packet (zip), click OK, specify the path to the firmware file
    5. Choose Select device, select dfu10B10 (it's our smart watch )
    6. Choose UPLOUD
    7. We are waiting for a few minutes, we do not give in this time of the phone to sleep
    8. At 100% the clock vibrate and turn on. Done.
