I love this app. Somebody fixed it for the Rez, I had to fix it for the DNA.

Thanks to jcase for helping me with the x's and y's of things.

Forgot to mention, this is just the apk. Not a flashable zip.



I used 'adb install <filename>' to install it.

So do I unzip it first and then install? How do I install it with ES File Explorer?
BTW, I l o v e that flashlight! Thank you so much!

i'm not an HTC user (coming from Atrix HD) getting my DNA tomorrow, but do regular flashlight apps not work, or is this just a personal preference?

Others work. But IMO nothing is that simple and beautiful. Others are either simple or beautiful. Yeah, we just love that flashlight by HTC. Try it out, but there are definitely plenty of options.

ok so i was doing my first time drain on the phone so when it shut down and restarted once plugged in, the flashlight worked fine.

morale of the story: a restart may be required for app to work

I don't know if I rebooted. But it works great. Once of my fave stock apps.

No idea why they leave it off certain phones.

Works like a charm here. Installed the apk directly from my dropbox.

I never knew the old flashlight apps had the strobing or s.o.s. options though... Kinda cool.
