booting ( get into homescreen )
keypad
Touchscreen ( multitouch )
graphic ( hack performance on kernel )
sdcard
call/sms
bluetooth
wifi
mic
video
audio
headset ( only stock headset or headset with same jack ( 4 pin ) )
gps
auto rotation sensor
proximity sensor
vibrate
live wallpaper ( Dont use LW pre-installed, use from market, see this post, and thanks to HIM)
compass ( calibrate problem )
wifi tether ( using wifi tether 3.1 )
usb tether ( using wired tether 1.4 )
mobile data
keyboard
screenshot
usb storage ( thanks to Bexton for usb app )
HW acceleration ( some time screen is low at flicker )

Kernel Feature :
genlock
support ipv4 and ipv6
new feature netfilter
audio Loop

How to Flash :
  • copy file into sdcard
  • boot into CWM
  • mount and storage => format system
  • wipe data and cache
  • flash update file
  • wipe cache partition
  • wipe dalvik-cache
  • wipe battery stats
  • reboot


for the best performance :
  • goto Setting => development
  • change animation both into 1.5x or above
  • OC 710Mhz above
  • and other settings, you will know it :)

    please, this thread for developer not for other who just can give report some bug,

    i need idea from one of you not just report that, :)

    cm9 its very difficult then build cm7, because no one old driver can work with it, i cant put driver from GB like i did on cm7, its very very different guys

    1. cant play HD video , if you know codec for ics that build for arm6, let me know..
    2. cant download anythings from market, NOT ALL APP IS COMPATIBLE FOR ICS, you must to know ! !
    3. half keyboard when portrait screen and full keyboard on landscape screen, this happen to all ldpi devices so this not a bug thats from ics source,
    4. auto rotation problem is came from driver, so i need to invert that but still have wrong orientation...
    5. Hw accel work but still have a little bit flicker, if beta 2 release, and one of you will report as bug ( and i have notice that before ), so .... ?
    6. battery drain faster, this happen because im hack the kernel , built in a lot of feature that needed by ics rom ( not a bug ), so DWYOR..
    7. not all script can work with this rom, so if you want to try a2sd or something else, you should ask the developer that script not ME ..

    and BEFORE YOU TRY THIS YOU MUST TO KNOW, THIS IS DIFFERENT THAN CM7,
    all is different ..

    AND PLEASE, BEFORE YOU REPORT TO ME SOME BUG,
    TRY TO FIND WHAT IS PROBLEM IS IT

    i know all buggy because i use it for daily driver, like i did know, im using browser to reply this post :)

    i will take this project after i make my cm7.2 is more stable, every RC is came with different feature and fix bug, and maybe you dont know most RC have bug, if you see logcat you will know, im still focus that, so be patient, CM9 is under development by Cyanogen and still unstable and lot of bug,

    because some problem with base 4.0.3, now i have to mix base 4.0.1 and base 4.0.3, to make some lib working, but still have problem with Hw accel ( its work but have a little bit flicker ), use Animation scale 1.5x to 5x, dont use 1x or you will facing to much flicker :D

    upgrade kernel again to 657Mhz, :D

    upgrade to gappsv7 ( thanks to pawitp ), he let me to try first :p

    known bugs :

    1. cant play videos on youtube ( maybe will try to fix on beta 3 )
    2. Radio some times working with Spirit FM but after reboot, cant working again :(
    3. Do not use Android Keyboard, use 3rd app keyboard
    4. for Camera, i dont know, ive try to fix and also Hack this too, but still problem with camera HAL :(

    please be patient for beta 2, ive try to upload but fail again and again, :(

    now im trying again to upload :)
