[Q] Help Restore Official Stock Rom

Hello, I have unlocked the bootloader and I did S-OFF with Jubuntobear after I did the downgrade to HBOOT 1.49. Now I have to sell the phone and I want to put the official rom. I downloaded the RUU but I'm not updating as I do?
I have the ROM CyanogenMod 4.4.2 ... how i can do?

Afaik to To run ruu you have to relock bootloader
fastboot oem relock

no need to relock before, just copy the RUU named as PG86IMG.zip and put that in the root of the sdcard, reboot into bootloader and it will start flashing, after 1-2 restarts you will be Stock with HBOOT 1.53 but u will remain S-OFF, then u can just relock the bootloader and you will have your stock rom ready
