OK so there is a way to create own lollipop rom and port a lollipop rom for gionee p2 jellybean 4.2.2 kernel version 3.4.5 ?
what is requirement to boot lollipop I mean I'm trying to port this rom for my device but bootloops so first I need to create my own higher kernel to source code
Will it work on mt6572 jb device?
I have a lenovo a369i mt6572 jb 4.2.2 with twrp. Can I install it on my device?

Actually I have the source code for my device. How can I use it to port this ROM to my device.
1st you need to change or port updater script in meta-inf folder with mtkdroid search on Google
2nd methood : find a custom ROM that actual made for your device copy meta-inf folder on your ported ROM and flash

Anybody can port this ROM to other devices without asking permission.
You only need give credits and link to this thread in your thread/blog/facebook...

Since you have mentioned the kernel as 3.4.X, will it run on 3.4.5 ? I know that jellybean devices runs on 3.4.5 and higher android version requires higher kernel version. Asking with a hope to install it on my Spice Mi436 with jellybean, kernel 3.4.5

It won't run on JB 3.4.5 kernel. You need a KK 3.4.67 kernel.
Any way to update the kernel unofficially? I have heard about custom kernels but couldn't find any for MTK6572.
Yes, get the kernel source for your device and then look for a similar device with a KK kernel and merge both of them. Sounds complicated but it's possible. I'm using an MT6572 device that came with JB but now runs KK and LP after merging the kernel source with a KK source. I did not make the kernel so don't ask how I did it. There are guides on how to do so.

How to port to your own mt6572 kitkat device?
from stock to port:
/system/etc/firmware (whole folder)
libmali.so in /system/lib
gralloc_mt6572.so, gralloc.so, hwcomposer_mt6572.so in /system/lib/hw
rename libmnlp_mt6582 to libmnlp_mt6572 in /system/xbin
unpack boot.img in the zip then change kernel also open ueventd.mt6572.rc in my boot.img
find:
Code:#mali node
compare the #mali node with your stock ueventd.rc then repack
if sound doesn't work replace libaudioprimary.default.so in /system/lib from stock to port (but please do this after you've succesfully ported the rom. because some have reported that they get bootloop after replacing liaudioprimary.default.so.
If bluetooth doesn't work copy libbluetooth_mtk.so in /system/lib from stock to port2
