You have to flash a patch.
Will this patch might have an effect on the kernel performance? Right now I have great speed using this kernel.

You better wait i think.Your kernel need some changes to fit with pawitp's latest build, dont it?? Or can i flash it although the partitions seems to be changed?

that's kinnda weird, I do use Semaphore with CM10 everything worked fine but now the semaphore app doesn't work lol (And only now I saw that you told us not to use it on CM10 but I'm using it like 2 weeks)
Please do not use Semaphore in CM10 build 20120817 (or later). This build uses a different partition layout and Semaphore is not compatible with it yet.
