[How to] CM11 MMS for Boost Mobile

Here's how I get MMS for my Boost Mobile Moto G on the latest CyanogenMod nightly:
-Download 8sms from the Play Store (KitKat style messaging, iOS emoji support, dark and light themes)
-Enable SMS for it (In 8sms settings)
-Scroll down to MMS settings and enter these values
MMSC:http://mm.myboostmobile.com
MMS Proxy:68.28.31.7
MMS Port: 80
-Reboot and profit!

I brought my Moto G from Boost Mobile, however, the bootloader was not unlockable. How did you unlock the phone?

Also, if you would like to use Hangouts for SMS/MMS, I found a .ZIP patch that'll fix the issue:

Glad to see that we finally have some sort of progress getting MMS on our devices.

The bootloader is unlockable.Motorola will give you the code and instructions:
