Is anyone having problems with GPS. It won't even show the icon in the status bar when attempting to connect.

Do you think I should odin back to stock and try again. It stopped working a ROM or two ago. I don't see why going all the way back to stock would fix problems when I format everything I can in recovery except my external sdcard and then install the cm.

I have also noticed that the awake bar in the battery settings isn't accurate. It seems to only register an initial tick when the screen is turned on. Other then this everything works well.

Re: [ROM][SGH-I317 / t0lte][JB][4.2.1] CyanogenMod 10.1 official nightlies

The only issues i see with this rom is voice search does not work and for some reason i cannot for the life of me get screen rotation to work in any app like Youtube, Camera, etc. Any ideas?

Voice search is a known issue - I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that it's being addressed, from what I remember, I believe it had to do with a ril? Go back to the 2nd or 3rd page and look for the comment on this.

Screen rotation is working fine for me. I'm assuming that you followed the flashing & wiping instructions to the letter?

ManelScout4Life, did post earlier in this thread that flashing jellybam and then flashing cm would fix the sensor issue, but I came from jellybam, so perhaps that's why I'm not having any problems as far as that's concerned?

You need to install JellyBam first to get it to work. Check back a couple pages for instructions.

Same here no issues but voice search. Am sure they'll have their magic. :)

setting won't stick for me....i thought it was just me...haven't had google voice since day one...stock, cleanROM, CM10, or this...hope this gets fixed

My google voice is working fine. Not sure if it is because I came from JellyBam in the beginning. The app works and the call log integration works.

EDIT: DOH!!! I thought it did but just tried it again and it does NOT. Maybe I was thinking about JellyBeer. Going to flash the newest version of JellyBeer to see.

not sure if this would fall under the category of asking for an ETA but I'm going out on the town later tonight (probably 4'ish hours from now) and was wondering if i should wait for a new nightly or update to be posted or get the one offered right now?

Get the one now then update when you can.

Daydream on charge is slightly broken. When you plug her in and leave everything is fine until, for instance, using the clock option, the next minute ticks off. The screen then gets corrupted and you get a pile of numbers on top of each other.

I can confirm that Google Voice does work on the newest update of JellyBeer. I know that ManelScout uses this we base so not sure what the glitch is.

Didn't see that with the analog clock.

Anyone notice the speaker volume being pretty low?

not here...i thought the in call volume was off the charts loud...lol...but seems fine to me

hey madmack, is there a place to watch what you guys are doing what commits are getting pushed/merged (kind of like the page/dialog you had when your defconf got merged)? I'd love to see what you guys are working on, just to follow along...im starting to develop a few apps and just wanted to see/learn as much as I can.

You can follow their commits on github, the latest ones I saw were open source hal which is still a wip, and some changes to BT

    CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.2 (JB), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:
    #include
    /*
     * Your warranty is now void.
     *
     * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
     * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
     * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
     * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
     * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
     *
     * Submitting bug reports on nightly builds is the leading
     * cause of male impotence.
     */

    CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

    Great friggin' news:

    Yep, we did it again! Our opensource audio HAL seems to work almost fine.
    Incall earpiece, speaker, mic and bluetooth are working. A2dp works also.
    Since Google Now works properly i assume the Camcorder will be fine, too.
    Headset is working as well.

    Download: cm-10.1-20130125-UNOFFICIAL-t0lte.zip
    Please test it.

    Known bugs:
    - mic mute broken during calls

    you got codeworkx and sbrissen to thank for kick starting this. :highfive::highfive:

    Thanks, I just installed ForceKernel (OC TO 1,920Mhz) and then run some benchmarks and it's much slower than Perseus, I used to get in Perseus around 7,500 in Quadrant and now I get around 4,500 to 5,500, am I doing something wrong ?

    NOTE: I am using SetCPU and the Governor is "pegasusq"

    world is going to end because your ePenis has narrowed because of less score?
    that's damn hard.
