I can't find GMail in the market?

The GMail from the Market is only available for devices with 2.2+. There's a reason why you can't see it in the Market.

I have 2.3.3 and still no gmail... It's a magic.

Ah, seems as if Celcom (my current provider) is the problem. The Android Market website only lets me find GMail when I'm viewing all apps by Google (some can be seen), YouTube can't be installed, GMail neither. What the...? Some others too, I fail to see a pattern there (ROM Manager is amongst the list of banned apps too... but why GMail?).

Try installing market enabler to fake a different provider.
