I used to love Fleksy, but they do not support it anymore. iirc it's open source now, hope someone will bring it back.
I'm using SwiftKey atm.

Used to "use" Lollipop 123 Keyboard by a XDA RThemer (I forgot his username) but when the app has FCs and Gboard rolled out, I change my keyboard and love it till today.
