[Q] Flashing themes with safestrap?

Is it possible to flash themes on to a rom slot with safestrap? Im not sure if flashing themes is allowed with safestrap since some stuff are locked down.
I want to flash this -> http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2304251 onto my rom slot 1. AOSP is really cool !
Also, whats the "normal" amount of ram a person should use? my s4 uses about 1.2 gb when I don't even do anything

Yea im running a few themes. U could do a backup of ur current ROM and try it urself. I like the tw/aosp styling mix. I've always flashes ROMs to my stock slot so I always gets me all my storage.

OK i just tried to flash the theme onto hyperdrive.....but it just got stuck on the booting sequence. :(. Oh well.
