Similar to Super Download which looks like a download manager that can use Wifi and 4G to speed up your download. if something like that can be done for everything on the phone IE play store and web etc... it would be pretty cool. Does it exist?

A commercial version of this concept, i.e. broadband bonding exists in an appliance form factor. Seems like they also have a software-only version of broadband bonding called "Truffle V".
