Still hanging on bootanimation for me(10 minutes).
will post dmesg after a few more minutes.
Weird that poyensa got it to boot from HaRET, it is usually the other way around and HaRET booting gives problems:confused:

Edit; dmesg attached, anyone else see "Kang" in bootanim or just me:eek:

Edit2; I just set this ROM up with Xylograph's div3 aroma installer scripts and HypoTurtle's Patcher (basically didn't use tytung's NativeSD install method) and it still don't get past bootanim.

Magldr, NativeSD, DataonExt - perfect. Everything working as of now.

Nice interface, lovely wallpapers, some new apps - nice ROM.

Only thing is that NativeSD Multiboot records the name of this rom as NexusHD2 Jellybean. But this is not a serious issue on my device since I do not have NexusHD2 on my SD card.

i have figure out how to get this rom working on native sd.....easy, delect some previous roms from the sd ext to extend out some space for the rom....I simply apply the fix into the rom (not sure if working without the fix) and then erase the whole sd ext....and then install the rom and it worked....xD enjoying Click Thanks if possible xD

Going to test NativeSD for the second time with the fix included.
Will update here how it's going (times CET).

>> 0:20 - Re-zipping the original ROM with the fix provided on Page 3.
>> 0:30 - Placing the newly zipped ROM on the SD-card.
>> 0:32 - Booting into Recovery to create a backup of SD-Ext & ROM and wipe it.
>> 1:00 - Backed up SD-Ext & ROM and wiped it, flashing ROM with the NativeSD option.
>> 1:08 - First boot try.
>> 1:14 - Booting using 'BOOT AD SD': Boots, alerts: "Android is Upgrading", messages start popping up: "x stopped working", bootloop.

New try.

>> 1:27 - Merging all partitions, formatting, new EXT4 partition (1GB) and a new FAT32 partition (2GB).
>> 1:45 - Flashing the modified ROM again using the NativeSD option.
>> 1:53 - First boot try.
>> 2:10 - Still booting... (Removing battery at 2:15)
>> 2:16 - Removed battery.

New try.

>> 2:16 - Using EXT4Recovery to 'start from scratch' and creating an EXT4 partition.
>> 14:18 - Flashing the modified ROM again using the NativeSD option using EXT4Recovery.
>> 14:25 - First boot try.
>> 14:40 - Still booting... (Removing battery at 14:50)
>> 14:50 - Removed battery.

New try.

>> 14:50 - Wiping all partitions, using the original ROM from the first post WITH the NexusHD2 kernel in it instead of the modified ROM with the fix from page 3.
>> 15:00 - Flashing the original ROM with the kernel from post 2.
>> 15:06 - First boot try.
>> 15:25 - Still booting... (Removing battery at 15:35)
>> 15:35 - Removed battery.

Very last try. This time using 100% the original ROM.

>> 15:50 - Wiping all partitions, using the original ROM from the first post, so no fix.
>> 15:58 - Flashing the original ROM.
>> 16:03 - First boot try.
>> 16:13 - Still booting... (Removing battery at 16:20)
>> 16:20 - Removed battery.

I give up. NativeSD is broken, fix doesn't work for me and the kernel doesn't work for me either.

Partitions used:
- FAT32 - 2.7GB
- EXT4 - 1.3GB

If anyone is interested, I am going to drain my battery to 0%, charge it to 100% and use it normally (not too intensive, just normal use like texting, occasional game, etc) and post the battery use details here. :)

    Try this fix:
    http://d-h.st/Umv
    Download this Fix.
    Open your ROM.zip
Delete all folders except system folder
Copy the folders from the FIX.rar to the ROM zip
    Thats all
