Fresh install recommended, I lost data when trying to use data.ext4 from B39
Some suggested tweaks are here

There are two versions AOKP B40 and aokPA B40, the first is standard AOKP, the second has additional ParanoidAndroid features accessed through settings. No Super RAM version I'm afraid, it is just too laggy to post. With a system.ext4 of 210Mb, it is perhaps understandable.
AOKP B40, changelog can be found on parent thread post#1

aokPA B40, see PA thread

Thanks to the ParanoidAndroid Team and to DAGr8 for their excellent work. For haret users having problems getting into tablet mode, HTCHD2V has found that setting lcd-density in startup.txt to 120 solves this, thanks HTCHD2V.

Green tint when using flash on camera can be fixed using DL from post#3 of parent thread, put system folder in your /sdcard/ics/root folder and reboot.
SuperRAM version
OK, I said in the thread that the system.ext4 was too big to have a sRAM version, but it seems stable without too much lag, so I thought I would post it anyway. Includes greenflash fix.

Normal version
thanks to wis1152, we have a new build today, see post
http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=26659600&postcount=2593. Thanks also to c1cl0n for offering to post a ported build.
SuperRAM version
There are reports of data not working for haret users in SRAM.
This is a lite version, so you may need to add some apps. I was able to use data.ext4 from previous builds, but as usual if you have problems, fresh install.

IceCreamTostidroid V1.1(and v1.1a SRAM) B36
Update to IceCreamTostidroid v1.1a B36, unfortunately marc1706's 35 kernel doesn't boot from sd build ATM, so I have put in dorimanx6.9hwa kernel (you can use over existing), see
http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=26262865&postcount=4563 for changes, see
http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=26300582&postcount=2442 for link. Note that it is about 5Mb extra in system. See
http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=26325278&postcount=2470 for explanation of update probs.
Users with sim pin reboots see
http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=26227527&postcount=4502
Additional apps not installed to system can be found here
http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=26263107&postcount=2364. The ROM has AROMA installer to allow the user to choose which apps to install to system. We don't have this luxury with sd build so have to do it manually.
Normal version
wis1152 has kindly ported this see
http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=26199675&postcount=2259. Haret users should change to Dx 6,9hwa for wifi to work.
Users have reported that the "so called" SRAM version (that wasn't) is very fast and stable with tytungs r2.4 kernel, it is the lite version. Here is the link
http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?7q1trs6zobzgy1a, mirror
http://d-h.st/gMS Thanks kuzibri et al.
SuperRAM version
Arrgh. Data is not working on new SRAM version. I will try to look at it later tonight or tomorrow. I will leave the link up for now. Just be aware. see
http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=26325278&postcount=2470 for explanation of SRAM probs.
Sorry to 505 people, the last download had SRAM broken (or I mucked up filenames, IDK why)
This new version has v1.1a update included. Use your existing data.ext4(backup recommended as usual).
Ported with Dorimanx 6.9hwa kernel (for both haret and magldr users)

IceCreamTostidroid V1.0 B35
Normal Version
Had to use dorimanx 6.9 hwa kernel on this one, and remove the updated adreno drivers, to get wifi to work. The version is lite with no additional apps. Magldr users can try tytung's 2.3 kernel and wifi may work. Haret should stick with 6.9

Unofficial AOKP Build 35
Normal Version
I couldn't get wifi to work with the default tytung 2.1 hwa kernel, so I installed tytung r1 hwa (no camera buttons, try lgcamera from market), you may find 2.1 works for you (try toggle airplane on/off). It seems that tytungs kernels over r2hwa do not work with haret. r2 works good though.
Do not attempt to change themes, you will suffer bootloops and it may corrupt data.ext4.

Unofficial AOKP milestone5 version2 and SE version
I have added superRAM version of M5 V2 to replace wis1152's one linked below which gave some people problems. It is stripped down (tosti and filemanager added) and has youtube and camera (visible buttons and >30 secs) fixes included. Newsflash- LCD density cannot be changed with this, looking for a fix

wis1152 has kindly ported both normal and superRAM versions for us, and the SE (special edition), see
http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=25666001&postcount=1796, note that camera fix (>30 secs) and youtube fixes are ATM mutually exclusive (either one or other) camera fix is default, use youtube fix (in post#1 "prevoius versions") in parent thread (see bottom

Put ICS folder to root of sd card as usual.
There is no data.ext4 included, as a fresh install is recommended.
If haret booting, change startup.txt/data.size to whatever you like.
If magldr- default is 512mb. Choose a clean data.ext4 from a previous build download if you want bigger, and put in ics folder before first boot.
It is a "work in progress" and a few things might not work.
WIFI, BT and data are working.

Add meta_inf and system folders inside ics/root , swap Zimage file and reboot. After rebooting check that system and meta_inf have been deleted from ics/root , else the kernel will be re-installed next boot. You may want to backup data.ext4 before changing kernel. Or keep a backup of system.ext4 and zimage files. Because kernel files are added to system.ext4, if you get any problem after flashing kernel, just replace backed-up system.ext4 and zimage then all should be back to normal.
For those few having problems with file manager saying sdcard not mounted, when using dorimanx kernels, see

ibnoor reported loss of wifi after upgrading v11superRAM(6.3) to 6.4b, take care.
