I'd recommend our users to wait for the official builds. I only want to advice that any unofficial build could be insecure. It may not be the case but anything outside the maintainer could be modified with malware... Just a heads up....
I'm guessing we can trust kenzolo. He is a maintainer for pac on another device.
In general I agree with you though.

Odd little bug that Im seeing from time to time.

Every now and again I will notice that my lockscreen wallpaper is completely distorted. It will go back to normal if I turn the screen off and back on. Not a big deal at all... but strange for sure.

I took some screenshots in an attempt to relay the issue better.

Hey guys!

My OPO is shipping from China as we speak, and I'm really eager to install this ROM as soon as I get my grubby mitts on it.

However, would anyone care to explain to me in what way this ROM is an official PA ROM? According to PA's G+ page, all non-nexus devices are unofficial and unsupported.

Also, so far, this particular ROM isn't listed at the PA ROM Index (FWIW) here:
http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1849426

Cheers!

We officially support nexus and oppo and one plus.

That list you linked to hasn't been updated in a long time. If you want to see officially supported devices all you have to do is look at http://paranoidandroid.co. Oppo and OnePlusOne will be added to the list very soon.

This is the best available for sure. You wont regret it.

Just wish I could Have Paranoid Android on the back of the phone instead of CM ;)

I don't know if I can agree. I've always been a PA fan and user. However, currently, PA for the OPO is far more limited in tweaks then stock CM is. I'd stick with CM until PA catches up and surpasses it as it's bound to do.

After falling in love with PA on my Nexus 5, I'm glad its already available for the OPO. I was notified about winning an invite earlier today and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

As far as the actual rom itself, is the build stable on the OPO as it is on the Nexus 5 or will it still take some work?

Not only as stable as CM is, it includes all device specific features of CM like offscreen gestures, Quickboot, Soft/hard buttons...

Is it better to flash the 4.44 version or 4.45 ? I couldn't find the changelog on the Google plus page ? @SferaDev
Latest version is usually the best :)

By the way, I have an unofficial test with updated gestures.

    Changes:
    - Added CMs proximity sensor check
    - Updated Camera gesture (With the proximity sensor it won't take pocket pictures)
    - Lightbulb continues as it was previously.
    - Some other misc fixes

Those will be included in next weekly but you can test them today. See you!
