Opera is removed, you can install whichever version you like. I'd suggest the latest 10.b3. The one with some very nice preconfigured features is in post No. 4
GoogleMap is removed, but there is a preconfigured link to your SDCard, so in case that you install the latest one, please, install it to yourSDCard!
ConnectionSetup is removed, we are using it mainly once and it takes more than 4 MBs!

After you finish with the Connection setup, you can remove it, to gain a lot of free space.

[B]After the first soft reset you will receive very light sense tabs. IT IS NOT a bug, it's due to the background for all tabs. You can simply choose the preferred backgrounds from the setting/personalize.

Please, flash an original HTC rom (suggested 1.61, due to the radio it contains) prior flashing my rom.
