Pandaball, you should post a notice on the first page telling people they need froyo. I.installed this unknowingly and didn't have network. Its a great rom but I didn't want to flash kdz.

Same echo during phonecalls as all the other CM builds. I love CM, but if I can't use the phone in my smartphone without annoying the crap out of anyone I talk to, looks like I'll have to stick to stock for awhile longer. Sad face.

I posted the same message over at the P920 thread, but here goes again: I know I've been behind on updates and such, but I've been busy with real life commitments and as such am unable to do anything as of now. Expect a release next week.

I am still using CM7. I am hardly on my phone talking anyways and I usually am just talking to my wife so its sort of funny to have her hear the echo. I love CM7 and I don't want to have to flash a kdz. Keep up the good work with CM7. I appreciate it.

v1.4 up. Only the dev-host link is working, the mediafire link still points to 1.3 due to mediafire being a complete PITA to upload to. Will update the link if/when the upload finally completes.

Also, I'm going to start to nickname the releases simply because having formal names is too mainstream :) I'm willing to take suggestions on what v1.5 should be nicknamed. You'll get credited if I like yours :D

One more thing: UpdateMe seems to check *very* frequently for updates when connected to wifi/data which results in severe battery drain. You can open the UpdateMe app and manually set the checking frequency in settings. Setting it to check once every 24 hours is sufficient sionce I don't push out updates every other day.

EDIT: OTA updates are now online. Grab them while dropbox still has enough bandwidth :(

Tired of slow roms? Want the ICS look? Want to kiss goodbye to task killers? I present to you my build of CyanogenMod, modded :D
(yes, I'm not creative with names)

CM BUILD VERSION: CM 7.2 nightly 20120624
    Mod version: v1.6

    Nickname courtesy of me ;)

What I did was try to keep the rom as fast and smooth as possible while making it look spiffy and trying to conserve battery life :D

    Screenshots (ICS theme):

    Features:
    -Based on CM 7.2
-Made solely for P925, should fix wifi issues
-Stock kernel to ensure baseband/wifi doesn't break
-Tweaks for build.prop, init.rc and some more
    -Zipaligned rom
    -Init.d tweaks
-Wifi and 3G tweaks for speed
    -Sony Bravia Engine
    -Replaced ADWLauncher with LauncherPro
    -OTA updates with UpdateMe
-Added a bunch of free apps (Adfree, Adobe Flash, Facebook etc)
-Updated Superuser binary, Rom Manager, Busybox
-Added themes (ICS, Lucid and Vivid - switch to them from within Theme Manager)
    -Roboto font added
    -LG ICS boot animation
-A lot of ringtones and notifications

    Not working:
Whatever that CM doesn't have (3D and HDMI)

    To come:
    -Bugfixes

Please don't mirror the download links :)

    DOWNLOADS:

    ---CM Nightly---
    Download full rom (v1.6): http://goo.gl/27MVg

    ---CM Stable---
    Download full rom (v1.5): http://d-h.st/sG6
    Mirror (v1.5): http://goo.gl/STfGc

You MUST use a froyo baseband. GB basebands won't work.

See post #2 for common questions and answers and post #3 for the changelog ;)

This is for P925. P920 users please look here.

Great. On the same day that I release a new version, CM 7.2 RC3 is being built as of now :p

I think he is talking of base of rom being from nightly instead of stable. To work on gb needs flex I'm guessing ..I looked at the rom and it is not there..also my first android the mesmerize had same issue and someone added flex to rom and it then worked with gb baseband.
