Since you own two N3 and have already upgraded one of them to leaked KK build...

I think you should make a base KK MLG build and put it up here so that I/other people can try to flash it via SS and see what happens. The worst thing that could happen is that my phone might get stuck in a bootloop but my aboot/bl would still be intact/same so I can always One-click my way back to MI9.

Xposed Framework apk (and few others...smooth progress bar etc) was left out of data/app/ on purpose or by mistake?

I'm asking because V2.0 had those but V2.6 is missing them.

OK guys, there is 4 ways I can take development from here on & you can choose which one you want. Majority wins.

1.Continue development of this ROM & it being based on ml2 (Just like right now)

2. Rebase the ROM off Mj5 which is an att base like v2.

3. Start building the KitKat version of knoxriad. This requires someone to be a tester. What we will do is as follows.I will build the rom then Tester will flash this ROM in safestrap lastly he will flash the boot loader that I will send him from the KitKat build. That's the only way it will boot

4.Wait for Hashcode to update safestrap to support KitKat.

Whatever you choose, Do NOT install the KitKat update right now because you probably won't be able to root for a while.

On 2.6 right now and it works like a champ. No real improvement needed IMHO.

I'd volunteer to be tester, but as a OTR truck driver, my N3 is my lifeline. I say that you put your efforts developing a KitKat/knoxraid ROM.

I say 3 and 4. Hopefully safestrap will get kitkat support sooner rather than later.

In my opinion this would be counterproductive. And I'll tell you why.

1. If @Hashcode starts working on SS for KitKat, he is going to have to find a new exploit to make SS work again.

2. Since this isn't a Official KK build, even if he succeeds in making SS work on this leaked build...there is a good chance that AT&T/Samsung will patch it before releasing the official KK build. Cat & Mouse game doesn't benefit anyone.

3. He owns Verizon N3 Dev Edition...which doesn't have leaked or official TW 4.4.2 build yet. So it would be harder for him to develop/test an exploit.

I think it would be wiser for us to wait until AT&T/Samsung releases official KK build and then start working on SS for KK.

Same here I don't see how you can really improve on this rom . Its running like a champ here , I say consentrat on kit kat now . Thanks for sharing your awesome work with us !

I have to agree with Walter. Plus there is no real difference between KitKat and JB when it comes to all the touchwiz bull****.

I vote rebase mj5. I'm not a fan of internarional. Little things like group messaging not showing unless fast boot annoy me. Rom runs great but I'm a perfectionist haha don't like these little things. And 2 mj5 just runs more stable for me and faster a swell. But what ever you decide to do. Got my full support

My only complaint is to confirm that group messaging does not work unless a fast reboot is done. I use it pretty heavily for work and really need it.

And I vote for either option 1 or 2, don't really have much preference between the two.

The CRT animation would still be great as well.

    INTRO:
    Welcome to the Very first & Only KitKat Rom for the AT&T Note 3.



    Installation Instructions (Coming from a KitKat Rom)

    Follow instructions word for word, take your time and go slow
    1.Download the Rom (Now Flashable)
    2.Download Safestrap (Located in download link below)
    3.Install The newest Safestrap (You have to open the app and uninstall the old one)
    4.Place the rom on your internal storage
    5.Manually reboot into Recovery and flash The rom to stock slot (Always wipe /system etc..)
    6.Reboot and enjoy

    Hint..Safestrap now runs fine on kitkat. just no rom slots


    Installation Instructions FOR PEOPLE UPGRADING FROM JB

    -Requirements-ODIN, (included in Coming_from_jb.zip)
    -BE ON A 4.3 ROM,
    -ROOTED


    Follow instructions word for word, take your time and go slow

    1.Download the (Coming_from_jb.zip) if you haven't done so yet.

    2. Extract it to somewhere on your desktop or PC

    3. Next copy the ROM to your phones Internal memory (it’s called Knoxraid.zip)

    4. Boot into safestrap Recovery and wipe the /system & /data. (Required)

    5. Flash Knoxraid.zip To stock slot, But don’t reboot when done. Keep hitting the back button until you see the reboot menu

    Press reboot button and select download mode, or if you messed up and rebooted just Press Volume down, Home and power button at same time until your back in download mode.

    6. Open the “Flash in Odin” folder and open Odin (win 7 and 8 users may need to run with administrator rights). Add the correct partition Files, make sure the files are

    Just a heads up, if your thinking of flashing the rom, i would hold up v5 is coming out soon and there are quite a few changes

    -Rebuilt the whole rom from ground up using
    Latest [Bak]smali (2.0.3)
    Latest SuperSU (1.93)
    Latest Busybox (1.22.1)
    Latest Zipalign (R22.3)

    -More theming improvements like (Splanner,aosp icons in status bar, more launcher theme options,5x5 options)
    -Fixed all fc's
    -Added galaxy s5 apps (Gear fit manager, WatchOn, Snote)
    -Aosp system animations.

    Still adding more but rebasing the whole rom took forever. at least click thanks. i spent all day working on this for you guys.:cyclops:
