i tried flashing this on TWRP recovery and it just got stuck and thes htc splash screen..
i did remove all ATT bloarware when i tried this
also tried this iwn CWM recovery same issue
wont install, gives no error just reboots

Correct. Not yet atleast. Jmz is working on getting a recovery fixed. However, this can be used as a base to make a ROM
