First I assume you are rooted second when you try to move it when it says you can't there should be a little button on the top right that says R/O press it and it then it will say.R/W now it is read write so just press paste there you go

the folder you are looking for is /mnt/sdcard

Dont working on mic's rom v6.5.2
Shows the animation of the stock rom(the word android)......
Both blue steel and blue android, the green one i didn't test it...

Others boot animations which i tested working correctly ......

Did you rename correctly as bootanimation.zip? All of the ones I've uploaded are tested working in mine. I had to resize most of the animations to fit our phone which is why I've tested them on mine and then only uploaded

CM7 bootanimation.

I made a void-like simple bootanimation for CM7 because I was bored. Anyone who likes it can take it.

Thanks, but do note that none of the ones I've posted are mine. They're all just resized by me to work smoother on our phones

No. Just grab it and flash it. That itself is enough. Running away with it is just optional
