Android Nougat/EMUI 5.0 open beta staretd for BLN-AL10 in China

Hi Guys,

Beta Nougat is open for more number of users now upto 2000 in China for variant BLN-AL10 and BLN-TL10

You need to be on B172 version to be able to get the update via push. If you are on other version, download the b172 version 1st to get B350 version via update.

I think you need to enroll into Beta program to get EMUI 5.0 B350 update...

Yes, now it's like an open beta, as long as you sign up for it, you will receive the OTA. :cowboy:

Check the local community page and you will get notified if beta is starting. I checked Huawei club app and saw it was ongoing.

Just wait for it, if you are selected, the beta version will be pushed to you by OTA.

It will be via OTa but you should be on b172

If you have registered and there is still slot, you will get it via ota. This time 2000 users but they may send to more users

how di I get to b172? should I flash the downloaded zip using twrp or using the dload then the dial code method?

All stock stuff, only on stock recovery no twrp please.
Download the file from the link given in OP.
Extract it.
You will see update.app file. Copy this file into root directory of sd card under a folder named dload.
Take backup of your apps, data, contact, call log, messages via hisuite or the backup tool on phone.
Power off the phone.
Press vol+down+power button and will start the update.
Once booted, you will be on b172.

I upgraded ... As soon as you turn off the the App is closed and there's no more news. Do you have any solution?

NO, not for you at this moment... Only for China model, BLN-AL10 and BLN-AL20.

You have to wait for it, if they still have slots available, you will receive a notification... Usually it takes 12-24 hours as other users' experience.
