[Q] S-Off Not Working?

So I have a Sprint HTC One running stock latest build. My bootloader is unlocked and have twrp installed. My hboot is 1.55 so I tried several times to get s-off with rumrunner 0.5 but it fails every time after the pouring 8 stage. I have tried multiple times to no avail and am in need of some help. Thanks!

Stock as in factory rooted(meaning just unlocked bootloader and flashing SuperSU) or as in stock rooted such as this http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=47048176&postcount=2
Also have you taken the 3.05.651.5 or 3.05.651.6 OTA? As far as I know Rumrunner does not work past 3.04.651.2...although there is a way around that
