This is my unofficial Resurrection Remix V7.x (pie) cutsom rom.

This is a ROM that works on OnePlus 7Pro (guacamole) only! This ROM comes with a highly-customized kernel, as well as some other very custom modifications.

I will NOT provide support if you install a custom kernel!

Introduction

Hello Friends!

I had troubles to find current builds for my devices so I decided to make regular builds for my devices. When my friends told me about similar problems, I extended the builds to include their devices as well. So these builds were and are mainly for my friends and me, but I finally decided to provide them also for public download.

My unofficial Resurrection Remix (LuisROM) an awesome combination of performance, customization, power and the most new features, brought directly to your Device.

My unofficial Resurrection Remix (LuisROM) an awesome combination of performance, customization, power and the most new features, brought directly to your device. The LuisROM build server generates automaticly every 2nd days new builds directly from the sources.

Notice
Sometimes I get a lot of help or feature requests from users of my LuisROMs. My dog Luis and I try to fulfill most of the wishes, but that is not always possible. I do that as a little hobby and Luis does not always want to build ROMs :). Please understand if I can not always answer directly.

ROM features:
  • Based off latest Resurrection Remix V7.x (pie), lineageos and aosp sources
  • Latest security patches and sources
  • OTA Updater (LineageOS Updater)
  • Compatible with EX Kernel Manager
  • In-Display fingerprint unlock and front camera motor
  • Many other misc. performance and stability improvements under the hood

Kernel: Linux 4.14.x Kernel with many mods other devs and me (thanks for your incredible work!)
  • Removed lots of excessive bloat (improves security and performance)
  • Improved stability (several bugs not listed here have been fixed)
  • Boeffla Wakelock blocker driver V1.1.0
  • More I/O-Schedulers (anxiety, fiops, sio, zen, maple)
  • Optimized for performance and battery life
  • Fast charging
  • Compatible with systemless root (recommend Magisk 19.4 !!!)
  • Many other misc. improvements not listed here

Installation instructions:
Pre-installation:
  • TWRP of course (download here)
  • Required firmware latest Oxygen OS 9.5.x firmware. (download here)
  • Magisk 19.4 and above (Link) can also be used just make sure you flash it after a first successful boot (after passed setup screen)

First time installation:
  • Unlock your bootloader
  • Install twice Oxygen OS firmware for A/B Slot
  • Flash recovery zip (TWRP)
  • Reboot into TWRP Recovery
  • Flash my RR LuisROM (download here)
  • Flash TWRP recovery zip (TWRP)
  • Reboot into TWRP Recovery
  • Optional: Flash Open GApps and Magisk 19.4 and above
  • Reboot and enjoy

OTA App update installation (auto):
  • Go to Settings > Advanced > Updater
  • Press reload button (right corner)
  • Select download on the new build list
  • After download select update/flash new build (the update process can take longer than expected on treble devices!)
  • Reboot and enjoy
  • Optional: Installed gapps and magisk will be moved into new system automaticaly !

Gate to see you here when I get home I'll flash this hope I can flash over oxygen is TMobile so it's Easter and is there it's updates for this build when it's available?

Everything OK with the installation process coming from AOSiP as my daily driver for the last week at least.

Really loving this rom!!

One question though.

Does it work by default 90hz and 2k resolution as I didn't find any indication on that??

One thing didn't like was the gesture navigation it was buggy and not such reliable and smouth like on others custom rom worked last month so replace it with Vivid gesture navigation app and now everything OK.

What theme are you using? Is that substratum?

Linear substratum theme has wonderful gradient option.
But i'm using combination from various themes to achieve what I want like swiftblack,flux,valerie,k-klock manager and others that i bought.

And yes this rom is for the Pro model.

    On another note, I like to disable the media cover art on the lockscreen, but I saw that the "media cover art on lockscreen" switch does not disable the cover art. I am able to change how it should be displayed (e.g. as grayscale) but disabling this switch does not disable the cover art on the lockscreen. @8224Freak would it be possible to have a look at this?

    Hi,

    yes i have a issue with the OTA Updater. Please update manualy.

    1. Download new build.
    2. Reboot to TWRP
    3. Flash new build and twrp installer zip.
    4. Reboot into TWRP
    5. Optional: Flash Gapps and Magisk
    6. Reboot System

    For the latest build, i have fixed this issue with a workaround.
