I've gotten the Note 3 about a week ago and I'm generally impressed with the hardware and software improvements after owning the first two Galaxy Notes before. I bought them because I love using the Wacom digitizer (S Pen) for note taking and sketching.

like previous threads for the Note 2 and Note 8, I've posted some samples of drawing with Sketchbook Pro, Adobe Photoshop Touch and Sketchbook Ink. You can check them out:

Note 3 has Sketchbook for Galaxy for free.Here's something I did using it with a 10-minute pencil sketch of my nephew while he was watching tv.

I find the S Pen of the Note 3 to be quite responsive. More sketches to come as I will generally use the Note 3 to sketch on-location.

Nice style!

I still can't quite get used to drawing right on a phone screen, but this is definitely the most comfortable device I've used for it!

I really need to practice more...

Now that Sketchbook is free for the Galaxy Note 3, you have a better option to draw some more realistic or detailed digital paintings. The one below was done with the Note 2 using the Sketchbook Pro. It's a close up details of my wife's portrait.
