Do i need gapps if i backed up with titanium

Not sure what you are flashing, but you only need gapps if you are flashing an AOSP rom. The correct versions should be posted by the rom dev. Otherwise, any TW based rom has them baked in.
Im wondering if you can pint me to a step by step tutorial or link on how to install the moar rom .. To ensure i do it correctly
Are you saying you don't understand how to use a custom recovery or that you don't know what a custom recovery is?
