Is sense really that great? I have only used builds without sense. Anyways, I completely agree that Gingerbread is the way to go, never go back to froyo!sorry for the late response,
i didnt find any froyo sense3 only froyo sense 2.1 but is there any particular reason u want froyo?? personally i think gb with sense 3 is doing good(mccm and boxmax's roms)...give them a try..

Now i am using boxmx s3.5 v4.5 and its consumes a lot energy. I must recharge my hd2 all the time otherwise my phone will die within 3 hours
.On the other hand i love its look especially for the weather Before that i am Froyo (MDeejay 1.6 Revolution ). And when used it i can survived for at least 20 hours
those are why i am searching froyo with sense 3.x ( i hope i can have the weather forecast and good battery in the same time

here is a guide by me :
SD Version(wm6.5):
- Download the 'sd build zip' version.Unzip. Extract the 'Android' folder to root of your SD Card.
- After you have done that go into Android folder and tap CLRCAD(in wm) (for working sound), and after that just tap HaRET
-Boot and Enjoy
Boot with MAGDLR(wp7 or android on nand):
note: magldr will remove wm6.5 once installed!!
1- copy folder (Android) to SD Card.(sometimes you need to replace roots.img if the chef said)
2- Boot in MAGDLR powering on your phone while you press the power button until MAGDLR options appear.
3- Select "SERVICES"
4- Select "BOOT SETTINGS"
5- Select "AD SD Dir"
6- Select the "ANDROID" folder or the folder where you dropped the rom.
7- Now select "BOOT AD SD" and wait.....
