-Wipe Dalvik Cache x3
-Factory Reset x3
-Wipe Cache x3

**IMPORTANT**
POWER BUTTON IS NOT FUNCTIONAL ON PREVIEW VERSION. YOU MUST PERFORM A BATTERY PULL TO REBOOT INTO TWRP.

How to boot into TWRP:
-Hold Vol Up, Home, & Power Button Until Blue Writing In Top Left Corner Appears.
-Restore Backup

been waiting for this. Will check out tonight. I assume you can just wipe and restore an old recovery when we're done playing?

Thanks. Runs good and than sometimes lag. It serves it's purpose. All based on gestures. :good:

When i was done i pulled battery, rebooted in TWRP and restored my backup.

If your using CWM make sure its the latest.

I used TWRP.

Thanks. But it's a no go for me on my d2tmo I get a status 7 on the first file. Did as OP stated.

What recovery are you using?

Did all the process with TWRP and never booted up. Might have been a bad download will try it later. One thing I see that one is based on CM. Is it gonna be easy to port like Miui?

just came back to CM10 from this rom
and WOW im impressed
its really smooth for its preview state
really looking forward to it

Did you wait a min or two? There is no bootanimation after install. The screen goes black and boots into Ubuntu.

Haven't ported a MIUI rom yet. Honestly waiting on v5

Ubuntubase.zip is crazy slow and fails right at the end.

Yeah I read that in the OP but the black screen stayed about 5 minutes+

Try re-wiping and re-doing the process.

Make sure your on the latest 2.4.3.0 and WIPE that is the most important step.

Should boot after a brief black screen.

Nice work, I tried to compile this but i got frustrated and quit when my hard drive ran out of space.

I'm liking this new system, cant wait til its more stable.
