Is there an app/tweak where i can customize the transition animations? I am talking about closing and opening apps.

transition animations comes from your Launcher. Go into your launcher settings and depending which one, settings for opening apps can be in different locations. Usually under App Drawer.

can you recommend a launcher with different animations? Only found nova

Go Launcher EX or Next launcher is best for their animation effects.

Yeah, it only has some basic animations.
This app was before we had xposed and other stuff and we had to edit the animations manually in framework.

And about launcher, there are few.

I personally recommend ADW launcher EX, it has some nice animations and a lot of options.
If You want also a classic one but few 3d effects then Next Launcher.
And finally, if You want some beautiful 3d animations then You should take a look at tsf shell, especially the newest version. However it's not a usual launcher.
