• OS version: 7.10.8858.136 (Windows Phone 7.8 RTM).
• ROM size: 263 MB.
• Language: only 1 language 0409 (En-US).
• Full Unlock v4 from @ultrashot (thank you very much !).
• Storage Lock Application.
• Vibrate when friend received a call.
• Flip to Sillent
• Diagnosis ver 0210.
• All default Themes, Accents and Ringtones.
• Not include Searchkey, Quick Menu , Ringtones Manager because I don't have Ultrashot's permission.

Yesssssss... Finalllyyy its here Everything is working great... Very minimal lag!! Installed quiet a few apps from market place and xap's, all good NOKIA Maps working Except HTC hub, in which the live is not working Apart from that, everything is great

sorry, i missed adding HTC.dll to this ROM , i will add them to next version.
p/s: you can also use Nokia Camera Extra =))

This is a great ROM. Smooth, stable and beautiful.

As far as I can see, the only additions in WP 7.8 are:

1. New Start Screen (this is incredibly useful)
2. Bing Dynamic Lock Screen
3. More theme options
4. Subtle changes to animations
5. Other small tweaks like the ability to save a contact to SIM and not just the cloud

The only thing missing (for me) is Bluetooth sharing of non-DRM files (which apparently the Lumia 7.8 ROMs will get), otherwise I am very happy with this update.

Hey friend ! It's possible add Spanish language !!
My brother have his Focus Rev 1.3 with 7.8, amazing, but I have Rev 1.4 with 7.5 !! I want your ROM in my Focus :crying:

Did I just Soft Brick ma Fone

Hey there, When i was trying to install this ROM from 7.5, it said its erasing the existing the ROM , before flashing, it said error occured and phone just rebooted. Now there is no ROM and MAGLDR is also not loading :crying: Except the download mode. I tried to load MAGLDR, no go. If I switch ON the fone, samsung logo stays there for 10-20 secs and boom.. switches off... Anything can be done ???:crying:
